Why we should anticipate ID04’s concert at the Big Dome

Strength – when first heard, we usually correlate this word as a character attribute, alongside agility, speed, vitality, intelligence, etc. A common definition describes it as an inherent capacity to manifest energy, to endure, and to resist.

On December 8, 2009, inside the largest auditorium in Southeast Asia with its 2,300 square meter space capable of housing 25,000 audiences, dubbed as “The Big Dome”, another powerful and explosive night of praise and worship shall occur which will put a new meaning to the word: Strength. With I.D.0.4. at the helm, attendees can expect another heart-changing and life-transforming experience, just as what was experienced in their previous concerts held the past two years at the same venue. Thousands had crowded Araneta Coliseum, most of them testifying a different kind of “encounter” which changed them for the better; inclined them towards worshiping their Creator; liquefied their hearts, and were healed by God’s boundless love.

This time, I.D.0.4.’s line-up are mostly original songs derived from their three albums. These songs will be given a new feel and a fresh rhythm, coupled with some dance interpretations that are certain to revive and uplift wounded spirits. What’s more, a much-anticipated opening production number that is sure to shake and diffuse a special kind of energy will jump-start this emphatic and resounding event. As a bonus, an unusual song number from an extraordinary group joining the I.D.0.4. will certainly amaze and bring a piercing light to the gathering. And to top it all off, the setting of the venue will be exquisitely prepared to further enrich the two-hour event.

Bred within the confines of Jesus Christ to God Be the Glory Church, the I.D.0.4. team has long been training for this event in terms of technical, physical and spiritual aspects. Rigid schedules of practices, rehearsals, including various workshops and seminars to equip the team holistically have filled up their calendars. Together in this endeavor is the home church who is also geared up in the preparations as this event is for the benefit of Project G-CCOTE – Gospel, Church Center, Operation Tulong and Education.

During the concert night, it will not be just the ID04 meeting the expectations of people, it will be God reaching out to all who are in need of strengthening, of encouragement, and of sustenance. The ID04 may be an ordinary team, but they have an extraordinary mission; they were called not to entertain, but to share and give a new depiction to Strength.
